From today we promise that if, within six months of the Red Cross receiving and recording your donation, you think it is not being used effectively then you will be refunded in full. No questions asked and no quibbling, you simply have to ask.
How do I know my donation was received and recorded?
All donations, except those given anonymously or through street collections and other fundraising events, are recorded on our new accounting system. As long as we have a record of your donation, we are always happy to refund the gift.
Please drop us a line on guarantee@redcross.ie with a contact number, stating when and where you made the donation. As long as we have a record of your donation, the money is yours!
