Concertgoers are being asked to put their own safety first by the Irish Red Cross which will have First Aid posts at all three of the major concerts coming up in the next few weeks.

1. Bring additional clothes - even if it is warm at the start of the day, temperatures drop as the sun sets.
2. Bring something waterproof, preferably a light anorak or even a large plastic bag which can also be used to sit on.
