1. Each Red Cross National Society will receive a team registration form which they should complete and return to faceadmin@redcross.ie.
2. Each team member/official/supporter must complete a personal registration form. When we receive your application you will be sent a reference number. Once you receive this you can process your payment for FACE 2012 quoting this reference number.
3. When you have booked your travel arrangements please complete the travel information form and return to us. Supporters choosing the supporters meal and ceremony package should not complete this form.

This simple form will bring tax money that will help the people you care about, whether here at home, in Africa or in another disaster area.
You have already done so much to save lives here in Ireland and overseas, we are not asking you to give again. Instead, we need you to sign the form and pop it in the post. That will allow us to use the Government’s tax relief scheme to claim back tax on your donations.
