The Irish Red Cross in association with Domestos are delighted to introduce the Practical Booklet for Care & Hygiene.

This book is divided into three sections Care, Hygiene and Nutrition and contains information that includes being a carer, preventing infection, mobility and gentle exercise, pressure sores, medication, hygiene tips, common nutritional problems, understanding emotions and looking after yourself.
