Owen Frazer.
The Irish Red Cross is helping the work being done by the Red Cross in Colombia through our representative, Owen Frazer.
Originally from Dublin, Owen Frazer has been seconded to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). He has previous experience overseas in Ethiopia and was previously engaged with the ICRC in the Humanitarian Diplomacy Unit of their Geneva Headquarters.
Today, he is involved in a variety of programmes related to the upholding of International Humanitarian Law and the provision of much needed humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable of victims of the conflict.
