Irish Red Cross members are responsible for providing medical at all events covered by the IRC, these events range from National Duties such as festivals to local duties such as county GAA matches and local fairs our uniformed members are fully trained in basic first aid up to emergency medical technician level. They are ready to help at any occasion across Ireland.
As part of the Voluntary Emergency Services sector, the Irish Red Cross is dedicated to providing quality emergency humanitarian support to the most vulnerable members of communities around the country through its uniformed volunteers. Volunteers in Ireland are an essential component in the efforts of the Irish Red Cross to meet the organisations humanitarian aims.
