Syria / Aleppo - An attack today on a SARC distribution centre in Hamadaniya, Aleppo killed one SARC staff member, seven SARC volunteers and staff injured – three of them severely. Two beneficiaries who had come to the centre to receive humanitarian aid also died, and several others were injured. SARC first aid teams are evacuating the injured to hospital.

Syria / Idleb  -  A staff member of SARC Idleb branch, his wife, who had also been a staff member in one of SARC health centres, and their two children, were today discovered under a collapsed building following Monday’s very heavy air strikes on the area. The staff member was probably not on duty – nevertheless  a tragic incident for us as a movement.
