Sting, Gabriel, Wurtz and more join Charlie Winston for humanity song

Platinum-selling singer-songwriter Charlie Winston has released a new single, Say Something, to support victims of the migration crisis.

Charlie has been topping music charts for several years, with songs including Like a Hobo.

Moved by the migration crisis, Charlie decided to support the #ProtectHumanity campaign recently launched by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent societies (IFRC).

He visited Germany and the FYR Macedonia where he spent time with migrants and Red Cross volunteers.

In his video, Charlie is joined by other celebrities such as Sting, Peter Gabriel, Michelle Rodriguez, Conchita Wurtz, Matthieu Chedid, Adriana Karembeu and others.

Say Something is about having the courage to speak up and take action over issues that concern us as a global community and as individuals. I want to use this song, and my position as an artist, to shine a light on the humanitarian and environmental issues which surround us,“ Charlie says.

Proceeds from Say Something go to IFRC appeals. The video can be viewed here,  and the single is available to download here.

The IFRC urges the public to share the video widely using the hashtag #saysomething and to support the #ProtectHumanity campaign by signing the petition here:
