Clinic Date: Thursday 5th February
Location: Boardroom in the IFA Centre, Mill Park Road, Enniscorthy Y21N9F5
Time: 10am-5pm

The Irish Red Cross will hold a business support clinic in Enniscorthy on Thursday, 5 February 2026 for small businesses and community, voluntary and sporting organisations affected by recent flooding. Up to 66 businesses across Enniscorthy, New Ross and Bunclody may have been impacted.

The clinic, run in partnership with Wexford Local Authority and the County Wexford Chamber of Commerce, will help applicants complete forms for the Emergency Humanitarian Flooding Scheme. The scheme provides financial assistance to restore premises to their pre‑flood condition, including repairs, replacement of fixtures and fittings, and damaged stock.

Because many applications are submitted with missing or incorrect information, the clinic aims to speed up processing and ensure faster access to initial payments. Businesses seeking more than the initial €5,000 will receive an in‑person assessment once a completed application is submitted.

A supervised child‑friendly space will be available onsite to support parents attending the clinic.

The Irish Red Cross plans to run similar clinics in other affected areas and will offer online workshops for those unable to attend in person.
